How long have you been in business?

We’ve been in business for 2 years.

Am I required to sign a contract?

Yes, to establish a firm date on painting services we do require a signed contract and a 20% deposit.

Do I need to be at home when the painters are there?

No, many of our clients are away. We will need to have a key or security code for the alarm system. We have systems in place to keep your keys secure.

Are your employees trustworthy?

Yes, all of our employees go through an intensive background check and verification process before they even begin training. We only hire employees that we would trust in our own homes!

Can my scheduled painting be changed or cancelled if an emergency comes up?

A. Yes, call our office as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We do require a 24 hour notice of rescheduling. Cancelling painting services results in a loss of deposit.

What if I am unhappy with the service I receive?

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy, so if you are displeased with the work performed, call our office and we will return to your home to fix the problem.

What if something is broken?

Unfortunately, accidents do occasionally happen. If something is broken, we will contact you immediately to find out how we can replace or pay for the item. We would rather paint around irreplaceable or valuable objects, so please make sure that they are in a safe place when the painters arrive.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept cash and credit card payments. You can arrange to pay us ahead of time, or you can leave the payment on the kitchen counter in an envelope.Twenty percent is due when the painting is scheduled, and then the rest is due upon completion. You can either pay for it in advance or schedule a time with our production managers to do a walk around.

What do I need to do about my pets?

Not a problem! If you have pets, we will write a note and any special instructions on your contract. Let us know what you would like us to do. It’s probably best to put skittish animals in another room if we are doing interior work.

Do I need to provide paint or other materials?

We provide everything we need to paint your home. We do this so that our employees are familiar with the products and tools they use. We use professional, contractor grade paint and always have extra supplies with us so that we don’t have to worry about running out of product.

Do your employees speak English?

Yes, all of our employees are fluent in reading and writing English to ensure effective communication between us and our clients.

What do I do if I need extra work done?

Call our office in advance so that we can schedule any extra time that might be required, or discuss with the production manager in charge of your project.
